Daq box interface

Daq box interface T239

The box provides an interface between the computer and the process to automate. You can connect directly the sensors (like temperature sensors) and devices to control (like valves, pumps,...). You can configurate the system yourself without any knowledge of computer languages thanks to the user interface (Siam).

  • communication with the PC through RS485 interface. 16 such boxes can be connected on the same line over a distance from 800 m.

Converter 0-10 V - Pulsations (PWM/pulse wide modulator)

This device has been designed to vary the pulse time of a relay with a 0-10 V signal. The pulse frequency (10, 5, 2, 1 0.5, 0.1 Hz) is fixed on the device with a button. The 0-10 V input signal control the time on wich the relay stay at the on state (see figure). The frequency can be visualised on a display.

For exemple if the input signal is 0 V and the frequency 0.5 Hz, the output stays low. If the input signal is 10 V, the signal stays high. If the input signal is 5 V, the output stays 1 second low and 1 second high.

These are modules with analog and digital inputs and outputs for Din rail mounting. They communicate with the PC through a RS422 or RS485 interface and with our software Siam. Drivers for other software can also be provided (DASYLab, ISA Graf, libraries and driver for MS DOS/Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, OPC Server).

M2M Gateway

The M2M Gateway is a communication concentrator, functioning as the bridge between the control devices and the SDK. In addition, it also handles communications with several peripheral and sub-system protocols.

It narrows the distance between the physical and the logical world, easing real-time monitoring and control applications. It also empowers programming through the cloud, but keeping processing local, removing load from your servers with the next generation IoT architecture, the fog computing.

Besides the embedded I/O capability, it allows creating a network of devices, either by adding Domatica I/O Controllers or third-party modules using standard protocols. Moreover, because of its dynamic datapipe, which adjusts traffic to demands, is able to ensure remote real-time data acquisition with very low latency and very little data consumption.

It is suitable for Industrial Automation, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Home Automation (HA), other general monitoring/control solutions and M2M/IoT applications.

Although it is very common, but not mandatory to include only one M2M Gateway per network, it should not be mistaken with a system central. Any M2M Gateway module works in a distributed intelligence architecture, where each module has its program memory, object data memory (devices, timers, variables) as well as high processing power.

Domatica I/O Controller – Programmable Control Unit

I/O Controller is a programmable control unit, with universal inputs and outputs for sensing and actuating, which works either alone or in a distributed intelligence network.

It has to be connected to the M2M gateway. Each module has its own program memory, object data memory (devices, timers, variables) and a dedicated high-power processor.

They have all a Domatica CAN bus.

Galvanic Isolation and Impedance Conversion of pH Signals Pikos® 1201 pH

USB-1901, USB-1902 and USB-1903

The ADLINK USB-1900 series provides a range of USB 2.0-based multi-functional DAQ modules. The USB-1901 and USB-1902 16-bit 250 kS/s USB 2.0-based high-performance DAQ modules allow four different voltage input ranges, while the USB-1903 features additional built-in precision current to voltage resistors capable of direct measurement of current signal from 0 to 20 mA.

The USB-1900 series is USB bus powered and equipped with removable screw-down terminals for easy device connectivity. The attached multi-functional stand can be used for desktop, rail, or wall mounting.

Exemys Wireless Telemetry System

wRemote is a new concept of Wireless Telemetry, based on 802.15.4 Mesh Network technology in 2.4Ghz.

The system was designed for industrial or open field, where you need to collect remote and dispersed information in a reliable and low cost per point.

The Mesh Network is composed of one concentrators and different nodes. The nodes communicate with each other independently. This means that the nodes cannot send information directly to the Concentrator, but rather can pass it to other nodes on the network so that the destination is reached. The concentrator is connected to the computer with a RS232/RS485 or USB interface.

Advantages of Mesh Network

  • it is possible to carry messages from one node to another by different paths.
  • each node has its own communications with the others
  • each node extends the scope of communications.
  • it is much safer. If a node fails, another will take over the traffic

each remote node has:
