Incubators for a wide range of applications

The CFC-free thermostatically controlled incubators from are designed to ensure continous temperature control in a wide range of applications, such as:

  • 20 °C BOD determination
  • 4 °C storage of waste water sample
  • 25 °C enzyme activity (TTC-test)
  • 37 °C colony count

The maintenance-free cabinets are suitable for reliable temperature control in a liquid sample over the range of 2 to 40°C (± 0.1°C). A fan in the upper portion provides good temperature distribution

The temperature control unit is available as a separate retrofit component for refrigerators without a freezer compartment.

The control range extends from or 2°C to 40°C in 1°C steps. The control unit is supplied ready for connection. 230 V / 50 Hz.

Interior of oven is made of specular steel by argon-arc-welding techniques, and the exterior of oven is made of high-quality steel sheet.

Temperature test chamber GDW

The inner bladder of the chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate while the outer bladder is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic. A large observation window is set on the chamber door. A test hole with 25mm, or 50mm or 100mm diameter is set on the left of the chamber body. A fixable PU moving wheel is adopted on the bottom of the test chamber.

The PID temperature controller has a touch screen control panel.

The cooler adopts original French Tecumseh fully closed compressor. The cooling system adopts single or dual low temperature loop system design.

MRC Diurnal growth chambers are designed for studies requiring day and nighttime simulation. This unit features dual-program selector dials, which allows control of two temperature conditions and an ON/OFF illumination cycle relative to the program selected. Each system operates independently allowing for simulation of a diurnal cycle, such as an eight hour day cycle of 30°C with light followed by a sixteen hour night cycle of 18°C without light. Forced air circulation ensures the most reproducible test conditions. The chamber air is gently and continuously circulated at a rate that ensures temperature uniformity of all test samples. The unit is equipped with a hermetically-sealed compressor and an independent over temp. In addition, a one amp interior outlet allows use of shakers, stirrers, roller bottles or other apparatus. This chamber is ideal for plant growth studies.

Laboratory cabinets with a spark-free* interior (*spark-free interiors reduce risk of internal explosion)

The German BGR 120 guideline for laboratories stipulates that interior spaces must be explosion-protected where hazardous, explosive atmospheres can develop (for example, due to the presence of flammable liquids).

The Lovibond® CFC-free refrigerators in the EX range meet the requirements of this guideline and are fully equipped for daily laboratory use.

The carcass consists of a sturdy sheet steel housing with impact-proof and jolt-resistant powder coating.

The robust interior is made of high-strength white plastic material (PS).

The door is lockable and supplied with a righthand hinge as standard (but can easily be converted to a left-hand hinge). A tight door seal is ensured by an all-round magnetic gasket.

The temperature in the refrigerator can be continuously adjusted over the range +2°C to +10°C; a room thermostat ensures constant control.

UV weather resistance test chamber UVP

This series is applicable for the sunlight resistant test of nonmetallic materials and aging test of artificial light sources.

The inner bladder of the chamber is made of imported hig class stainless steel plate while the outer bladder is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic. The heating mode adopts inner bladder trough type heating with its rapid temperature rise and even temperature.

The radiometer probe is fixed so as to avoid the frequent installation and disassembly. The radiation quantity adopts the special UV irradiatometer with high precision display and measurement. The radiation intensity is not more than 50W/m2. The illumination and condensation can be controlled independently or alternatingly and circularly.
